This comment is in response to the one from Jim Vandiver.
You are a liar and a shill for National Auto Warranty Services located in Wentzville, MO. We have seen your numerous posts all over the internet and we are on to your lies on behalf of the scumbags at National Auto Warranty Services.
(Note: to everyone: the following refer only to the company National Auto Warranty Services located in Wentzville, Missouri. There are many other companies with a similar name that may be legitimate. Also, there is a company known as "Dealer Services." This is the company that sends warranty expiration letters to your house with a logo that is a copy of the one used by General Motors. Guess what? It is the same company!)
This company is one of the biggest auto warranty scammers and crooks in the country. There is no way they are legitimate in any sense of the word.
Want proof? View this link, a press release from the Attorney General of Missouri:
http://ago.mo.gov/newsreleases/2008/030608.htm
They are currently being sued by Missouri for fraud and numerous violations of the state's "No Call Law."
In addition, they are part of a national crackdown on telemarketing fraud from the Federal Trade Commission. This press release clearly shows they were involved in both the state and a federal action:
http://ago.mo.gov/newsreleases/2008/National_crackdown_on_telemarketing_fraud_includes_three_cases_filed_by_Nixon/
You can lookup this company's listing at the Missouri Secretary of State website. Be sure to click on the "Filed Documents" link at the top of the page. If you look under the Annual Report dated 4/3/2008, (and previous filings) you will see the home address of both the President and Vice President of this company. This is public information:
https://www.sos.mo.gov/BusinessEntity/soskb/Corp.asp?411719
In addition, this Jim Vandiver, or whoever this person really is, has listed more than one location under his profile for different posts. For example, under this post, he is from Council Bluffs Iowa:
http://www.topix.com/forum/city/rocky-hill-ct/T3S758L7945R8ND2M ;
And in the following, he lists himself from Troy, NY.
http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/201/RipOff0201058.htm
Guess Jim Vandiver will have to refund the $7.50 that National Auto Warranty Services paid him for his post. Good luck on your next career. Or perhaps Jim Vandiver is really Darain Atkinson, the President of National Auto Warranty Services, or Cory Atkinson, the listed Vice President. In that case, good luck in prison.
Here is how to contact these crooks:

Here are the owners' addresses as listed in their Missouri corporation filing, all public information:
Darain Atkinson (President)
1009 Hawks Landing Drive
Lake St. Louis, MO 63367
Cory Atkinson (Vice President)
20 Signal Hill
St. Charles, MO 63301

I keep getting calls from the "Warranty Service Center" well AFTER I have advised them that I am on the "Do not call"List. When the subject is broached, they hang up on me ... they know they are not supposed to call like that.

These people keep calling no matter how many times you ask them to stop. Nobody wants telemarketing calls, so why not ban them entirely? Those career politicians are all bought and paid for by the Direct Marketing Association, that's why. The DO NOT CALL registry is a total fraud upon the public; it was never intended to be enforced. The Republicans & Democrats are just mocking your intelligence by pretending they care about your property rights. If you voted for them, you deserve these harassing phone calls.

Received call offering car warranty. I said this is the 7th call from you, so never, never call my home again. Man said, in a loud threatening (jersey accented) voice, "I know your husband's name and where you live, so don't give me that ***t" . I said never call my home again. He used more bad language as I hung up. I picked up the phone to call *69 (I have to pay a dollar to get the phone number that called me) and he had kept the line open, and cursed some more. After 5 minutes I got the connection disabled, and found the number 321-504-7429 , which is "disconnected". Am calling state representative - threats not acceptable.

we are on a do not call list and yet we continually get calls like this. How do we put a stop to them? We did not answer and they would not leave a message.

Automated call came from this number, caller ID said "National Auto Warranty." When I picked up it was a recoeded message saying that the warranty on my car was about to expire (I drive an 11 year old car with no waranty), then connected to an operator who asked for the make, model and year of my car. I asked to be put on their do not call list and he said "we don't have that list" and hung up.

Since I don't know anyone any more in Cocoa, FL, at 321-504-7429 , I didn't answer this call but waited for the answering machine to take the message which never happened. The caller apparently hung up at the first notice that there was an answering machine here.

Started off telling me that my warranty is about to expire on my vehicle. When I responded, I asked them to remove my number from their phone system as I am not interested in their offer. In fact, I have just purchased new warranty two months ago. When I asked them to remove me, they hung up.

I got the call on Aug. 9, 2008 at 8:30 AM on a Saturday!!! I picked up after the call went to my answering machine. Got a recorded message that said the warranty on my car was going to expire. After I said hello several times and told them I knew that someone was listening the recording stopped. I waited, saying hello again, but the line was dead.

I got a call from 321-504-7429 (Cocoa, FL) that "Your warranty is about to expire. Press 1 to talk to an agent." The agent asked me the make, model and year of my car. I purchased my Honda in Dec 2007. I asked him if he was from Honda and he said he was the "Honda agent." I financed my new car and, as part of the finance fee, I'm paying is for the warranty until 100,000 miles. I told him I have 5,000 miles on the car and he said, "oh there is some error, you have coverage until 36,000 miles." I said "no I have coverage until 100,000 miles; can you please confirm? Then he hung up on me! I think they are fishing for people whose warranties have expired and this is some scam to get people to buy some kind of warranty program.

I've traced hundreds of these, no prob. This one was easy, but the answer is pretty bizarre.
The number is not accurate. It is just added for confusion. There are two National Auto Warranty companies, which is also for confusion. There seems to be one person behind this spam. An ex bass-legend-in-his-own-mind, Randy Coven, seems to have gone into telespamming. His contact info. is

Sound impossible? I know this much. Blocking the 360 number magically stops the "Florida" calls!
