OMG! so i got a call from this number today at 11. i called it back and there is no dial tone or anything. just silent. it is kind of creeping me out! stupid.

Received a call on Sept. 17, 2011 around 9am. The caller didn't say anything and there was no dial tone or response when I called back (my phone is working).
