These scammers are insistant: 12 calls in 3 days.

We received a call @ 9AM on March 1, 2011 asking us to call above number. She stated there was suspicious activity going on with our ATM account at Bank of America. WE closed out account at BoA many years ago. I called BoA and they said they did not place this call.

Scammers i believe, they contacted me regarding a friends account name. weird. Clamming fraudulent activity on a BANK Of AMERICA debit card and prompted me to a phone inquiry. call came from UTICA, NY Someone should investigate this!!!!

Same scam. Someone needs to go after these fraudster punks. They claim they are BoA and there is suspected fraudulent activity occurring on your account and request personal information to verify identity. However, when I went online there was no fraudulent activity and the number doesn't come back to BoA. furthermore, upon calling the bank (BoA) it is confirmed the call is not from them. I received two calls this evening and the number 315-724-4022 and 866-242-6289 and they are scam numbers please be aware .. I called my bank asap to see what was really going on with my account and they indicated I had no issues with my account. I am not sure how this company or people involved got my infomation because my phone number is unlisted and I am very careful with my charges when I place any transactions. BE very careful of these phone calls..

I've had two missed calls from this number today. When I called back, a recording said they would accept overseas calls. I hung up. I hope they quit calling me.
