Here is another number they have called me from twice: 1-516-453-6923 (New York #). I won't answer their calls, but when I call back from my land line, I get their message that they don't recognize that number as a "subscriber".

It is a machine, that says it is WCA and as a subscriber we would like to offer you a $20 visa card, if you want to opt out press 4 but we would really like to offer the card....

They call themselves WCA Subscriber Services and claim to be offering discounts to places like Walmart. They change their phone number EVERY time they call.
