Company is IXE Accelerated Financial Centers....Talked to a kid there who identified Jamie Holley as the CEO. Address of 929 Fern St, Suite 2300 Altamonte Springs, FL. 32301. Phone # 1-888-226-5185 . Was given the runaround, finally when I accused them of operating an fraudulent operation, the lady that I was talking to became belligerent, and hung up after informing me that what they do is not illegal, and then hung up. Suggest contacting the Attorney General's offices of both Maryland (ph # (410) 576-6360 ) and Florida (850.487.1395 ).

i have gotten a calls from this number two times at WORK toda,y as well as several times last week. Whoever is calling does not speak and a few mins. ago I said please stop calling me, which was then that whoever was on the other end of the line hung up. Ugh!

I pressed #1 to find out information about these stupid people that call me. This scam business charges poor people $3,495 and say they will work with the lender to get my interets rate reduced. I work in banking so know I can do that myself at no cost. I asked the brash young man what would cause him to stoop so low and take a job for a company that scams poor people out of their hard earned money.
Plan to file typical complaint witht he BBB, FTC and Attorney General.

This company IXE is currently being investigated by the economic crimes division of the florida attorney general. after repeated call from these guys i sat down and called teh lot of numbers ranging from 301-223-0020 - 0030. Most lines (7/10) were for West Asset Management, a debt collector with offices nationwide. I spoke to a very nice lady who had no idea how a 301 number got to her since she is based in Colorado and has an 888 number. She said she would fwd this to tech support. gave me her name Halyna and her number to call her back for follow up.

this is a private business office that deceives you through some clever way so that they can charge you the cost of the service 500$ at least . they are working from Egypt cairo their exact address is 8 ibrahim Naguib st. Garden city the 13th floor. the company is run by lebenese guys their land phone no in egypt is 0020227927884 they are called FAS International and they have an office in Monterial Canada. they pretend that they are authorized from banks to offer you the service but they are liers they just play on using general information for example once they know that you have a card from bank of america they tell you that you account no starts with 4888 or 4800. they just use common information to deceive you . if you wanna know more information contact me on mrreda2001@yahoo.com

So "Card Member Svcs" I've told them repeatedly to take the number off the list, they don't, then I decided to tell them that the number is a business and that they have to remove the number, JUST 20min ago I was woken up and the rather huge jack ass on the other line told me NO when I told them to remove the number off the list, and I then said I wanted to talk to a floor supervisor, he started f'n with me on the phone and talkin shit. Then he says... "you called me..... this is Experion" Yeah RIGHT! Every morning, its Card Member Svcs, The Warranty on Your Car is about to Expire, the F'n Dish Network is in my area to set up service. I've HAD IT!!!! What happened to the DNC List??

I dont have a credit card SO I am thinking a scam.. something about this just isnt right.. I have pressed 2 several times to be taken off the call list. It appears that every time I press 2 to be removed the frequency of calls increases. I was only getting 1 call a week. Now that I have pressed 2 I get 3 calls a day. I am reporting to the telephone utility and the Better business bureau. When I pressed 1 to talk to a person and asked for a manager I got hung up on.

Facts:
It was an automated system advising that I was eligible for interest rate reduction on one of my credit cards and to choose 1 to continue with the call or choose 2 to never be bother again.
When the young woman came on the phone she advised I was eligible to receive a lower interest rate on one of my credit cards. I asked which one - she explained that due to my outstanding payment history listed on Experian I was eligible for a lower interest rate. Great I said, which card? She repeated the same information then added all of them because of my great payment history. She continued to ask how much I was 'in debt' - I divulged somewhere between 5-600 not much at all. She very quickly ended the call with an Okay, I'll update that information in our records, you have a good day Ma'am.
I didn't have an opportunity to obtain the company name.
Opinion:
Shady. Not right.
Action:
I will be cancelling my all of my cards and writing to every consumer advocate I can find as well as filing a formal complaint with Experian.

I was I was told by a woman who identified herself as Michelle Spade on the phone August 1, 2008 that she is the manager, owner, president and CEO of the company.
Ms Spade replied when asked that the address for IXE Accelerated Financial Centers is 940 Miller Court, Orlando, Florida.

Ms Spade informed me that it would take up to 90 days for her to remove my number from her call list and I find that an unacceptable time frame.
Considering the degree of harrassment that has been evident in the constant daily automated phone calls from IXE Accelerated Financial Centers as well as the emplohyee's resolute reluctance to disclose who they are, what they are selling and who they are selling it for, I will file an official complaint with both my state attorney general's office and the US attorney general's office as well as the Public Utility Commission in my state.
If we are to gain any ground in stopping these people we must complain individually and collectively and never give up. They don't so we have to fight fire with a even bigger fire.

Received a telemarketing call from a company that did not identify itself stating that there was no problem with my account but to press 1 to speak to a rep. Called prior to 9 am so I chewed him out and he hung up. Told them never to call my number again.
