We have received several calls from this number. Our caller ID lists it as coming from Tate & Kirlin. Husband answered but no one was there. They have called early in the morning and after 8 p.m.

I keep getting calls from a Tate & Kirlin Company their number is 267-407-0100

Many calls, no messages. Did pick up once, but no response.

They call multiple times a day and never leave a message. one time I answered and they hung up on me. So I hit redial and called them back. Someone answered and when I asked why they were calling, they said they never called me, that this was his work number. I told them to stop calling. They've called everyday since

Tate & Kirlin Associates finally left a computerized message on my answering machine. They were calling for some person whom I have never heard of, never lived in my house, or had my telephone number. Each time they call, I have a log on my Caller ID with time and date. I have contacted my State Attorney Generals Office and downloiaded a Consumer Complaint Form, whiich I have printed, signed and mailed 04/07/11. I urge everyone here to do the same. Look up your State Attorney Generals website on Google, then either find and download, or call you A.G. and request a Consumer Complaint Form. If you do owe money to a creditor, this computerized harassment needs to be stopped. Let your Attorney General know this!

Constant calls

they just called. it is a sunday night. i googled this number because i am sure they have called before, and like this time, i didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.

2calls on 10NOV10. Children heard in background, TV, then hang up.

Person breathed on the message then hung up.

I am instructed it is urgent she speak with me or there are going to be serious consequence, I have also recieved mailings from the same Kirklin and Associates and have ignored them as well. I admit I do owe a debt of a maxed out Target store card, $200, that is not the 568 Take and Kirlin are asking for, I will find my account number and mail a payment direct to Target or call and make some inquieries as it is an account charged off.
