I am the owner of an adult entertainment agency. the caller ask to speak to the owner and then after speaking with me he asked if we were hiring. I told him to go to the website and fill out an application if he was interested in a position. I have no idea what he really called about and really wanted as I could tell that he wasn't really interested in a position. I'm expecting another call back from him to ask me something different next time.

Caller name: Fred Small. Claims to be an inventor of digital on-line education software.

i try to find out were is the number from my boyfriend is in jail ,,but still have no clue were he is ,could someone tell me what jail has this number...please help..

Added this number to my black list. It said "Telcomm" and asked for a credit card number. Idiots. No!

Call came in at 11:29pm...way to late for telemarketer. thought maybe it was a wrong number til i tried checking it out and found this site. Its really kind of freaky. The caller did not say anything at all. They did however wait for several seconds before hanging up the phone. Like they wanted to listen to me. Really weird.

First 2 calls recorded voice asking for credit card and if charges would be accepted. I just hung up. Its a guy, says his name is Frankie. Last call guy was vulgar.. Called about 6-8 times. I reported it to ATT and went on donotcall.gov to file a complaint. Will follow up with annoyance call department from ATT. Has anyone noticed the few messages from someone saying something about it being a boyfriend or son? What the hell is this idiot caller just making random calls to numbers he doesn't know?? I could give two craps if he could be in need of help. I'm in a totally different state than texas, how the hell am I supposed to help him?? Pretty much this is just a scam call if you take a look at all the weird calls these idiots are placing...do us all a favor and get a job and make money the legal normal way and stop trying to make a quick buck. We ended up changing our number.

I received two phone calls from this number a few minutes appart. The caller did not identify himself or say anything... I just hung up.

Boyfriend called from payphone.

Received a call earlier today by a female with a blocked number whispered "she was going to burn me" then two hours later... a much more threatening call came from the 214 number. I did not attempt to call it back but tried the reverse number lookup - and found this blog. Feel much better now.

Call Message: "Call from using a credit or debit card press one. To decline this call press two or simply hang up. Please do. Again, press five"

Pay phone. My son way traveling and did not have use of his cell phone so called from a pay phone.

I received a call from this number, from my ex husband who was suppose to be on his way to see his grandchildren , his mother told me that he had a substantial amount of money on him…we supposed he would use it to …lets say ..do illegal things …he did not show up to see his grandchildren , which was suppose to be by 4 30 pm eastern time, but I didn't receive a call until 11 30 pm…As I did not have a major credit cared it did not allow the call to be accepted, though I have read accounts of scams made with this number, they also said they were asked for a major credit card, which they also did to me…but none of them gave their personal info…since they call acted like a collect call, but they did not know the person who was calling..others say this is a scam, some say they were receiving harassing , and sexually explicit phone calls from this number, and that the company whose name is shown on the caller ID does NOT exist...

MidEastern male,using a variety of American names and surnames, calling from his Tele- marketing job, obtaining people's phone #'s at his work place in his telemarketing business. Very foreign,barely able to pronounce English,American words properly-if even at all. Phone # tracks to a landline with Southwestern Bell, Dallas, TX. Has been frequently noted to call using the Carrollton Law Firm as his base,which the said law firm knows nothing of. Can obviously hear the audible background of other telemarketing calls going on. Threating people to show up at their house, loose their job,put them in jail IF they don't pay money to him. Defintely terroristic style of phone threats.Definitely coming from a telemarketing center. Many phone #'s the same, area code of 214 and the 969 prefix is the same. Ends his demands with "have a blessed day." Obviously, foreign, unaware of the meaning behind his closing statement. Obviously Mid-Eastern. CALL and get your phone lines tracked and tapped into by the FBI and HOMELAND SECURITY, don't respond to this caller. He is definitely an ILLEGAL ALIEN.

This is a ILD COMM. My husband called me collect from this bc his cell phone died and he was out of town. NO HE WAS NOT IN JAIL!!! This number services pay phones in different areas. He was in Ohio, we live in PA. So, while some of you may be getting jail calls, some of these are legitimate calls too. They ask for a cc #, but you do not have to give one. There is a option to send you a bill. Be aware though it is VERY expensive. $17 something for the first 60 min and .25 each min after. I heard my husband say his name and accepted since he was out of town. He is a trucker driver and at a truck stop. He calls every night and I hadn't heard from him so I was worried. If you are in a similiar situation I would at least listen for the name of who's calling, it could be a emergency situation.
