annoying calls

Yes this is Santander calling. They call both my landline and cell phone at the same time. I am behind with them. So it is my fault. I hope they will work out something with my car with all their calling they do.

My auto loan is with them (they bought out Citibank's division). I was only 2 days late due to slow mail and they started calling at 0800 until 20:30--several times/day from different numbers. Even when my payment made it in and I spoke to someone confirming it and asked that my account be updated to stop the calls, THE CALLS STILL CAME! They are STILL calling me and I am not behind.

Harassment calling

They call at least 5 times a day but never leave a message. Whenever they do wait till voicemail all I hear is background noise then they hang up.

I have repeatedly received automated calls from this company Santander consumer USA on my cell phone. THey use several different numbers. The voice asks me to return a call. When I do, they ask for an account number. I inform them I don't have an account number. THey ask for my Social Security number. I won't give it to them. I tell them the problem and they say it will be taken off the phone list. THey keep calling, sometimes several times a day. Now calling my office phone. I have threatened lawsuits, talked to their supervisors, now I have emailed them. I plan on getting an attorney this week. One time, these people gave me a name of a guy living in Dallas and driving a car that I can't remember. Ford Taurus or something. ANyway, I told them I am not that guy, don't know that guy, don't have that car, don't know anyone who drives that car. It doesn't work. They are relentless. I am not money hungry, but I would chip in to a class action lawsuit with others!. You can take my part and give it to charity, I just want this nonsense stopped.

Santander Consumer is a finance company who took over loans from Citifinancial.

I don't have a clue who this is, what they want. No cell phonumer is given to any business.

This company is unknown to me. i have asked to have my number removed from the data base, but people continue to contact me after I tell them not to call me. Please assist.

They call all day and night and change numbers to hide who they are

I get calls when the payments don't go in. Two or three a day all times of the day even over the weekend. Doesn't seem to matter what you tell them they keep calling.

they call all day, wont stop calling, they even change there phone number so you wont think that it not them

i get 5 to ten calls a day stop calling in my book this is harrasment
