It was a telemarketer selling GE alarm home monitoring systems. Charles there is a real dick and spewed some crap out of his assmouth. Runup their phone bill (as they don't hang up when they're done) by leaving them on mute with the line still active.

To limit these spam phone calls, report them to the Federal Trade Commission 877-382-4357 (press 3) The FTC recommends that you do NOT pick up the phone if you don't recognize the number. If you do pick up, do NOT to press buttons to opt out. If you do either, the spammers will know they have a live phone and will continue to bother you.
