These calls start with a recording, then send you to a person who asks for information, then you get sent to the real salesperson. I tried hitting the number to get off their list (sometimes 9, sometimes 2) but I kept getting the calls, so now I give them a fake name (no, I'm not really Leonard Sanchez) and tell them I live at 445 12th Street SW, Washington, DC 20554, which is the FCC. :)
