Calls me every single day- Dental Insurance. I've repeatedly pressed 9 to be taken off the list. I report them every single day to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx I've also contacted Washington State about the calls, they say I need to contact Pacific Telecom Communications Group as they own the numbers.

Simple Mobile sells your number to these people. They call at least every other day. I have blocked them but it still shows up. Check with your cellular provider
