Have received calls from this number before (or very similar) before but didn't recognize it at first. The last 2 times I got this call, the number was +11 206-276-8704. I got confused by the "11" instead of a "1" and spent a long time trying to figure out what country code that was. Turns out it doesn't belong to a particular country, it's just a number used to dial OUT of certain countries. (Or so I've deduced, could be wrong.) Anyway, I didn't answer. Just hit the "eff you" button :)
