Been getting yhese calls to my cell phone. Really annoying. Found out it is a VOIP number, not a private landline and obviously a scam, since they don't identify themselves. Do not give any info to these people.

Been getting these calls several times a day for the past 3 days. Looks like most of them are going to Canada. Well we're in Florida. I'm taking someone's advice and going to phonebusters.com. This is irritating, especially for those of us on a pay as you go phone plan.

Someone called from that numebr and is ayed hello a few times until someone sayed hello and asked for my mom. I sayed she wasnt in and they replied that She was a distant relative of the family and what not. I just hung up thinking it was a prank call. Seh had a very weird accent and talked very fast.

I got a call from the 112# today i did block the number but next time i get a call from a number like this i am going to answer " hello (your city) police downtown div" or "hello phone busters" see if that makes them sweat at all.

Caller stated my name and said he was calling from Primus. I asked why this number was showing and he sounded surprised and asked if I have caller id (duh!)He said the reason he is calling is and I interrupted him to ask about the number. He said he didn't know and tried the pitch again. I said we had nothing to discuss and he persisted so I repeated it wished him a nice day and hung up in his ear.

if they use the same dialers as most telephone survey or telemarketing companies, it does not leave a message because the auto dialer dials out the calls and eliminates the vm, if it gets a voicemail it will skip it and when it recongnize a voice then it will connect the agent to you

We have had several calls from 112-345-6789 & 212-345-6789 at our place here in Winnipeg. Manitoba Telephone System said there is nothing we can do about it and that we should get an unlisted number. So frustrated!!! Please help! This should be illegal.

Got a call from them and after saying hello and not getting a reply I started pushing buttons and someone started yelling at me.

I also recieved a call from this number at about 10am, no message was left and it also said invalid area code when attempting to do reverse phone lookup.

I just received a call from 1-112-345-6789 and they asked for me by first and last name. My roommate put them on hold and they hung up.

I live in the Kitchener/Waterloo area and got a call from this number today. They didn't leave a message.

112-345-6789 at 5:05 pm in Winnipeg, MB, answered the call only to be met with silence, followed by a hnag-up, didn't try to call back.

This number 112-345-6789 called us again on April 1, 2008. I have received calls from this number before and there is never anyone on the other end. I like the theory by Todd on Feb 1 2008. Sounds reasonable.

a slimy POS called looking for my daughter. I stated she was out of the country and asked who was calling and why. The piece of crap hung up. I wanted more info but the cowardly fraud/scam artist hid like cockroaches in daylight. I tried the 212 prefix and received a recording to call "phone busters" which is crap as well. I think a call to the RCMP and FBI is next. Best regards to the POS that read this feedback....Jail will be fun!

112-345-6789 They called at 8:55pm last night, it was HBC Zellers, would not speak to me only my wife. If it's HBC you can call T/F 1-866-225- 8251 to be removed...I called today they said it could take up to 48 hrs

I am after receiving two such calls but wasn't home to answer.Now when that number shows I won't answer for sure. I'm from Newfoundland.

I've got 9 of these calls so far.I spoke with Bell Canada about it.They suggested visit the Canadian Marketing Assoc. web site www.the-cma.org and sign up for the "Do Not Contact Service" program.It is free but may take 6 weeks to apply.Other than that $5 a month for Bell's Call Screen service.Where you can block up to 12 numbers.The thing is that your caller ID shows 1234567890 , but that is a spoof.The real number can be blocked when you use Bell's Call Screen service.It is an automatic system, as soon as you get off the phone with one of these calls you dial *60 and enter a few other kyes.This is supose to catch the real caller's number in the network.So they tell me...I wonder how many people are going to pay $5 extra for this service monthy over the next while?I don't think Bell is going to be too concerned about more people siging up for new services.Cheers

I received a call from this number March 19th, 2008 at 10:30 am.. didn't answer because I was suspicious about the number. Very concerned about how many others are receiving these calls too. Wonder what's going on?
