Call Control Complete Satisfaction Guarantee

We guarantee that you will be happy with Call Control, or we'll refund your purchase with no quesitons asked.  If you purchased Call Control through our website, EveryCall.us and If for any reason you aren't satisfied with Call Control within the first 30 days after you purchase it, please send an email to support@everycall.us with the following information:

- Your first and last name.
- Your license key (if you have it available).
- The email address you used for purchase.

Refunds typically take 3-5 days to process depending on the method of payment you chose.

Exceptions
If you purchased through a 3rd party vendor (i.e. Blackberry App World, Zong) you will need to contact them to process the refund.  We can not initiate a refund for those purchases and they are not covered by our guarentee.  We've listed the customer support email addresses for some of our 3rd party vendors below:
