Call Control for Blackberry Installation Guide

This installation guide will cover how to download and install Call Control on your Blackberry. Please note that the process may vary slightly depending on your model of Blackberry.
Call Control can be downloaded Over the Air (OTA) directly from our website by visiting http://www.everycall.us/m/ from your mobile phone’s browser.

1. Select Download and click the trackball.

2. Call Control will begin downloading.

3. After download is completed successfully, click Run.

4. Call Control will prompt you to give it permission to block telephone calls and access the internet to download updates. You must select “Allow” for Call Control to function properly. Click “View”. Note that some models of Blackberry devices will prompt you to “Allow” permission changes several times, click “Allow” at each prompt.

5. Make sure that all options are set to “Allow”. They should be by default.

6. Click the menu button (to the left of the trackball) and then click “Save”.

7. Call Control will now launch for the first time.

8. Select “OK” when prompted.

9. Read and agree to the terms of service by clicking “Accept”.

10. If you’ve purchased Call Control Pro, enter your license key and select “Activate Pro”. If you want to try Call Control Lite, select “Register Lite”. Remember that only complete telemarketing protection is available with Call Control Pro, the Lite version is a basic manual Blacklist application only.

11. Enter your registration key in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX including dashes. Then click “Connect”.

12. Call Control will now verify your license key and register your app.

13. You will be prompted to access the internet via Call Control, select “Allow”.

14. That’s it, Call Control is now up and running! Be sure to link Call Control with your free EveryCall.us account by activating at http://www.everycall.us/activate-account/

Activating your account lets you track and manage Call Control through the web!
Your Blackberry will be automatically updated with the Community Blacklist of spam callers from EveryCall.us. Note that it is normal for the Blacklist to appear empty. The Blacklist is local to your Blackberry only and is not the Community Blacklist, those numbers are not displayed.
