They will never leave a message and if you call back they will try to get information from you. Keep track of when they call you. Insert the dates and times in this letter and mail it certifed letter to them. They will leave you alone for about 4 months. After you send them a few of these letters, they will leave you alone, if not, you have grounds for legal action. Keep ALL copies of letters sent to them and MAKE SURE you are very detailed about times, etc. They will call you from different cell phone numbers. But if they call continuously and hang up, you know it's them.
This is IC Systems, a collection agency for bank cards that have been written off. Told them they reap what the sow. In 2007 I paid off 3.5 million in small business loans, had an 830 FICO score, and had ran my own business that employed 30 people for over 16 years. Then the banks decided not to make small business loans any longer because they had taken bad risks on buying up junk mortgages. After losing several big contracts because I couldn't finance raw materials, I was forced to close my business and lay off all my employees. Now I can’t pay them back… their loss. They made their bed. They can get a judgement against me, but can’t attach what isn’t there. By law they can’t take my medicaid and foodstamps, so screw them. I also advised my employees not to bankrupt themselves trying to pay these crooks, they got our tax $$$ with the TARP (JP Morgan/Chase) bailout.

They keep calling about an ebay account that Ive already prepaid. They call four times a day. The message starts as pre-recorded. They have been extremely vicious in thier collections tactics. I have already sent them three letters of dispute. Then I get calls from other collection agencies about the exact same account.

This call Is from IC systems, They are a collection agency, If they are calling you numerous times through out the day You have options. 1) you can simply ask them to stop calling you,(if you are in California) tell them you are protected under certain rights You are asking them to stop calling you and send you notice via Postal mail, Tell them any further calls will be recorded and considered harrasment and will be reported to the police department . If they say they have a right to call you due to you owe them money, Tell them you are giving them to the right to send there claim via postal mail not by calling them as per instructed in the fair debt colletions act, tell them that they canot contact you on the phone as it is inconcenient to you, You chose contact by mail only, Make sure you tell them to send you any info that shows you owe them money(any contracts with your signature) If they keep contacting you via phone,Call the police get a case #.
