Although I kept returning this call, the DISH Sales/Services reps kept saying I was on the "no call list."
They have kept calling repeatedly, 5+ times a day and they will NOT stop calling me.
They keep saying that "maybe you called or was contacted by one of our "sales partners" or something like that. No matter what I said and DEMANDED, they are still calling me.
Can't sleep or get any rest. This is harassment and I'm going to pursue it as far as I can. I am a 9 yr DISH customer with the highest package they have and do NOT owe late payments .. have always paid on time. WHAT IS THIS?! Can someone help with pursuing a lawsuit/complaint/report?
Callers with very heavy foreign accents called us multiple times trying to sell us a Dish Network package. On one occasion, they called 3 times within 2 hours. Caller id says the number is from Princeton, Texas, but I believe the calls are being routed through from overseas.
After a break of a few weeks they called again this weekend. Repeatedly told them to put us on the do-not-call list.
This is the third go round with Dish Network Sales Calls. I have requested three times on their automated system to stop recieveing calls(which says it takes 30 days to comply with). I doon't understand this since it took all of about 15 seconds to add my name to their system. The calls stop for about a month and then start all over again. I have had enough of this and am filing a formal complaint since I am on the "do not call lIst" which is apparently another crock.
Keeps calling my sons tracfone for someone whom decided to quit paying his dish network bill and tracfone decided to give this Eric guys number to my son....so when i call dish network they say it will take 30 to 45 days for them to stop calling his phone once his name is placed on there do not call list. Why does it take so long and who has to pay for his used minutes on this crap....a little innocent 9 year old boy.
Automated call saying "we understand you have recently bought dishes, et. and are coming to set it up today. You saved $100 with a rebate too. Press 1 to claim your free Disney vacation!" FYI, I am a receptionist at a business and neither I nor it has dish.
I GET ABOUT THREE CALLS A WEEKON MY T MOBILE PHONE FROM THIS NUMBER ITS USALLLY ABOUT HOW TO LOWER RATES ON MY CERDIT CARDS.... ALTHOUGH TO DAY I GOT A CALL FROM DISH NETWORK.. ABOUT AN AWESOME UN ADVERTISED DEAL THE GUY WAS PRETTY GOOD BUT I RECOGNIZE THE NUMBER TO KNOW ITS FAKE..
Don't fall for it! ....I was called from this number about Dish Network with some sort of 49.99 dollar deal with 200 channels and stuff . The chick that was chatting me up , was all hyper and talking real fast ...and asked for my last four digits to my soc. and got my address and wanted to get my credit card number so the company could verify MY account was real and crap. I told her there was nothing on my c.c. and she sure got quiet...LOL...gees , she went through the big shcpeel about how great this deal is and I would be locked into that discount for 2 yrs .....a WHOLE 16min phone call! LOL...I told HER 'Thank You for YOUR TIME! LOL...I have Cox cable , so it seems weird to me that a satellite company would be calling ME....on my cell phone , too.
