This is collectors for Chase. Told them they reap what the sow. In 2007 I paid off 3.5 million in small business loans, had an 830 FICO score, and had ran my own business that employed 30 people for over 16 years. Then the banks decided not to make small business loans any longer because they had taken bad risks on buying up junk mortgages. I held on by operating on my savings, my retirement, and my kids college funds, but was forced to close my business and lay off all my employees. Now I can't pay them back... their loss. They made their bed. They can get a judgement against me, but can't attach what isn't there. By law they can't take my medicaid and foodstamps, so screw them. I also advised my employees not to bankrupt themselves trying to pay these crooks, they got our tax $$$ with the TARP (JP Morgan/Chase) bailout.

Frantic call about your credit card account. They identify themselves as "Card Services" and want you to press "1" if you wish to get a reduced credit card rate, but you have to act quickly. When I asked the telemarketer why he was calling me on my cell because I was on the NO CALL LIST and he just hung up. Tried Calling them back but you get a recorded message from Ring Central that the number is not in service. Ring Central combines a toll-free or local number with advanced call management, PBX, voice-mail and Internet fax, enabling customers to set up multiple extensions with voicemail, automatically screen, forward and place calls, take voicemail, send and receive faxes, and receive message alerts. With RingCentral, businesses never miss an important call, or waste time on unwanted calls. RingCentral is headquartered in San Mateo, Calif., and is funded by Sequoia Capital and Khosla Ventures. SCAM CENTRAL IS MORE APPROPRIATE.

702-520-1147 This is a scam they are trying to get your credit card information for any and all cards you have so they can use them. They like to say they are working with Bank of America, it is not true. Do not answer their calls. And when you do push 1 to speak to a live person and you tell them you are tired of their calls they hang up on you, stay away from these people!

UPDATE: BOA FBI FCC FTC are reporting that scammers are spoofing (falsely showing number/name) this phone number & name (Card Services) in an attempt to get you to provide your information. The official stance by all of these are: BOA will NEVER call you and ask for your information. They already have it. You are not to provide ANY information, if asked for it, and to immediately end the call then report the incident to BOA (1-800-432-1000 ), FBI (http://www.fbi.gov/contact/fo/fo.htm ), the FCC (1-888-863-2244 ) & The FTC (1-877-438-4338 ).

Be Warned: This is a phishing call. I have contacted BOA and confirmed that these calls are NOT from them or any party on their behalf. The fraud department of BOA has be tracking these call and so is the FCC & the FBI. I was instructed by BOA to report the calls and detail to both FCC & FBI...which I have. I suggest you guys do the same. We need to help catch these thieves. The clue that is present in all phishing call: they ask you to confirm/give information. If BOA (or any other institution) calls YOU they will NOT ask for your info...they should already have it and not need to confirm anything. This is what all 3 (BOA, FCC, FBI) places has told me.

I got a message call saying I can reduce my credit cars rates to around 6 %, and asked me to press 9 if interested. I pressed 9, soon a man was on the other end of the line. He asked about my card, I stated who's card is this for; and he replied, "you pressed 9 and don't have a card". He immediately hung up the phone on me. Has scam written all over it. All I did was ask a question.

There was a message on my home telephone number, and asked to speak to someone that I know that does not reside at my residence. The message said that the person had gotten behind on their payments, and that they wanted to give her a 30% savings. That sounded suspicious. When I returned the call, I told them that the person they were trying to reach has had there personal finances taken over by the state. They asked me the persons name who called, and I told them only to have them tell me that without the extention number they could not help me give the message to the account manager. How did they get my telephone number. The person they are trying to reach doesn't have my current information.

This company IXE is currently being investigated by the economic crimes division of the florida attorney general. after repeated call from these guys i sat down and called teh lot of numbers ranging from 301-223-0020 - 0030. Most lines (7/10) were for West Asset Management, a debt collector with offices nationwide. I spoke to a very nice lady who had no idea how a 301 number got to her since she is based in Colorado and has an 888 number. She said she would fwd this to tech support. gave me her name Halyna and her number to call her back for follow up.

Pressed 1 to get a human to ask to be removed from telemarketer list. He said that since I pressed 1 he would not do so. I told him that he called a number on the National Do Not Call Registry and he said that he could not remove me. I told him that I was going to file a report with the FCC by going to the following URL: https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/1088bform.do

I am also going to put in a report on the Natl Do Not Call Registry for all the good that it will do. They are a pathetic agency and cannot do anything for anyone.

I called the 877 number below and got a Daniel White. I asked to be formally removed and he told me that he would. HA! Let's see!

Some kind of telemarketing credit card scam. Says they want to lower my credit card rate. Uses a spoofed phone number. Claimed to be from "Card Services". Pressed "1" and spoke to "Chris". I asked for the real name of the company and their real phone number. I was treated to an onslaught of profanities, which I was kind enough to return. These scammers are calling in complete disregard for the no-call registry. I would like to find out who in the hell they are so that I can rip them a new one.

Received my regular telemarketing call from 8634678919 from Okeechobee, FL.

Asked to speak with manager (Artai).

Me: Why do you call me repeatedly when I am on the FCC Do-Not-Call registry?
Artai: and a call bank makes our calls, so I don't control who gets called.
Me: I haven't applied for a credit card in years. Have only 1 card that I use.

Arta: Give me your phone number and I will put it in the corporate DNC registry.
Me: I am reluctant to give out the number since your company disregards the FCC DNC registry... why would they honor their own DNC registry or just sell my info to another 3rd party and claim I had a business relationship with you? Ends up that Artai knew my number anyway (which I suspected) and called it out to me. I've done this before.

Me: Will you write me a letter stating that your company will no longer call me?
Artai: I am not authorized to write such a letter.

Me: I will file a complaint again with the FCC.
Artai: Have a nice day.

It was a pre-recorded message from "card services" wanting to lower my interest rates. They said we could hit the number 1 to speak with a representative, or to press 2 to have my number removed from their call list.

I pressed one, and was immediately patched through to "Jason". I asked him what financial institution he represented, and asked me if I had a Visa or MasterCard. I again asked him what company he worked for, and he said "Bank of America". I asked him for his toll free customer service number. He gave me 800-858-0561 .

I hung up and called that number, and was immediately connected to a customer service representative who answered 'Card Services". I asked her what company she works for, and she said "Visa". I then hung up.

I knew the whole thing was a misrepresentation because I have no credit cards, and they called me on my work cell phone.

Company is IXE Accelerated Financial Centers....Talked to a kid there who identified Jamie Holley as the CEO. Address of 929 Fern St, Suite 2300 Altamonte Springs, FL. 32301. Phone # 1-888-226-5185 . Was given the runaround, finally when I accused them of operating an fraudulent operation, the lady that I was talking to became belligerent, and hung up after informing me that what they do is not illegal, and then hung up. Suggest contacting the Attorney General's offices of both Maryland (ph # (410) 576-6360 ) and Florida (850.487.1395 ).

I don't know the number, the caller ID was blocked, but it was the same automated pitch- lower my rates, offer is about to expire. I've been this route before, so I pressed "1" and waited. The telemarketer greeted me and asked if I am calling about taking advantage of the lower interest rates. I said I was, but that I had no idea what company I was dealing with and had to know that first. She hung up.
