Person called saying it was Bank of America and they wanted to send me 3 credit reports if I would verify my name and address and answer 2 questions...SCAM!!!!

This is Bank of America calling about an account I have with them, just to let all of you know who it is calling from this number, that's who!

Got the same call again...it's been a few times and I never answer numbers that show up as unavailable!

I get the message that it's a recording wanting me to call Bank of America. If it was anything important, they wouldn't call me telling me to call them back. But today I called the number they left. It kept ringing.

I have spoken to 4 different people from this agency and have explained my financial situation as well as a promise to pay date. However even after these conversations and prior to the promise to date paid they have called me 10X's plus. I have faxed a Cease and desist notification a week ago and they still keep calling. They called again this morning 12/26/09 and I spoke to one of their reps very frustrated and verbally requested they STOP calling!!!! I spent 20 minutes on the phone with this guy and explained my situation, he suggested I fax my request for no more calls, I explained I already did that and they still keep calling, I said I would fax it again. Even after this phone call they called my house again. I have since faxed again my request for Cease and Desist. We are doing our very best and have expressed that to them, but to get 8+ calls in one day -is ridiculous!!!!! Please have them stop calling!!!!

Constantly getting calls from this number (800-669-0102 ) 4 to 5 times per day. Keep asking for me by my first name. They want an account number when I tried calling them back at first. My wife has answered and told them to stop calling we do not have an account with them. They continue to call.

I believe this is a reminder call from Bank of America, however I was unable to verify if it is legitimate or not but I believe it is because I do have a mortgage with them.

I have been getting calls from this number every single day after 5:00 pm that tells me to call Bank of America at 866-953-2716 and they're always closed. I called just now and they said personal assistance is not available! How do I remove them from my list?~

Bastards just keep calling. If you try to answer the phone and work with them they just hang up.

I guess they are using the fact that you answered as all they need to send you information on purchasing some crappy B0A insurance.

I'm on a payment plan with B of A to pay off my credit card with them. The montly payment is automatically deducted from my B of A bank account, but yet they continue to blow up my phone everymonth wanting more money. I'm looking forward to when this card is paid off and I will close all my accounts with them. I wouldn't recommend B of A to my worst enemy.

Supposedly this is Bank of America calling to remind you that you have a credit card or some other bill due with them. They call from 716-656-6677 and don't leave messages, however the call repeats and I answered and figured out it was from BofA.

The phones never stops from this caller id number. Its always different people who only update information. i did talk to a guy named SID, but he couldn't help me, just wanted info....what a loser company..its bad when a BANK like BANK OF AMERICA has to stoop so low. they have called for months now, its mostly automated voice which takes you back and forth with nothing in the end...what losers

My wife and I tried to get a loan modification from Bank of America on july 20th, 2009. After weeks, hey canceled the loan because they said they could not call us. I am late by 2 months while trying to reinstate my loan again. They are very rude, and only update the information they need for that particular call. The departments must not comunicate to each other. The so-called rep. SID could not help me, he said the last caller only updated her information and did not reinstate as she said. This call will not be answered again in my home...Its sad when a so-called bank treats Americans like shit, but love our name.....what morons...BANK OF AMERICA SUX

Bank of America called in regards to one of their survices... one that we had approached them about and they said they couldn't help us. Now they are calling and offering it to us. Get the fects straight and stop calling us!

I received the same telephone call, the call was from Bank of America reminding me that my mortgage payment was due. When I answered, they asked for the last four of my SS#. It made me a little weary but they did know my name, but when I entered the last four, the message then proceeded to list account information, last payment, etc.

This is Bank of America and it is a legitimate telephone call reminding me of a late payment.

Bank of America mortgage department calling. They didn't leave a message, but the call back number takes you to a menu for BofA.

Will BOA work out a payment plan?....They wait till you go over the limit and you cant pay...this is a scam....I hate BOA....One person tells you one thing another person tells you something different they all lie
