The Consumerist posted today a sample sub-prime telephone script that was used by an employee in 2005 to CON-vince people to refinance their mortgages with these crooks. We’re posting this to make sure that everyone is aware of the tactics these folks will use that we think are unethical and fraudulent.

In response to many user’s comments on EveryCall.us, wholesaler Digitcom Services, Inc. is helping crack down on abusive telemarketing calls by creating a search form on their website to find the offenders company name and contact information. Digitcom suggests contacting the telemarketer directy and demanding to be taken off of their call lists.
