Appeals Court rules Text Messages covered by Anti-Telemarketing Laws
TechDirt reported today that the 9th Circuit Appeals Court has ruled that unsolicited text messages to mobile telephones are indeed covered by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
