EveryCall.us Adds FCC Complaint Data

These people are calling me everyday during work and even on a Sunday. I consider this harrassment. They have my social security number and i find this very disturbing. This company has purchased an account that is over 5 years old. I told them to cease and desist.

I have had calls from this 1-919-375-1252 number and they hang up wether I get a chance to say hello or not. If I only got a hangup calls once in a while I would not mind but it has become a real problem more than once a day and more than one day is to much.I will file charges if they do not stop calling.

Call number i get is 888-831-1844. These poeple R extremely rude,do not shut up, Have been calling my home 4l over a month many X’S of the day. ALL HOURS. I got sick of thIs.called the #.Aug. 09, I called to ask who they R. When they call they either hang up or not say anything but call the #. Finally II did. A guy answers. I told him right out, I have been getting calls from them every day, many x’s of the day & I want it to stop. He laughed saying you owe money. Response, I do not owe money. He said I owe $ for the time share which was paid off. I also told him that 3 yrs ago we went through a divorce,it never happen & we R still married, but the judge gave him full owner ship 2 it since I did not want it. My name was suppose 2 be removed from the deed. According to them, my name is on the deed, not diivorced so pay up.. I said no, He bought it, paid for it and I did not want it anyway. HE INSISTED I pay him now, over the phone. I kept saying no. I got sick of it & hung up. I called back,had hoped to speak 2 a supervior.No supervsor?? Hello. I got a rude lady. I could not get a word in. I tried telling this lady i just called & hung up cause he laughed, was pushy and rude. She said well let me tell you something RUDELY .YOU R on the deed,4 this time share, so you have to pay. She said I also know who you spoke to. She started doing the same thing,& she hung up. I called again, unfortunately, got her again and she said this b-4 I GOT 1 WORD IN. Mrs. Wilson, if you call this # again, I WILL report U 4 Harrasment. ME, harrassing U! Lady U have been harrassing me 4 months. Hung up on me..Husband got home,spoke 2 her, He told her it was paid off, send a bill, will call the resport. NO PAY NOW.He refused, said I will not pay over the phone not knowing who U R, & want 2 speak 2 a supervisor. NOPE,.She PUSHED, he REPEATED no! Then asked, if their is a reason she’s a prick? He said send bill, i will call resort.Answer no,i will put none complient.OMG THEN SHE HUNG UP.HE SAID 2 SEND BILL.SCAM I THINK.
