Andrei Shkourko, in New York, NY reported receiving a telephone call from 800-954-6493 about an auto warranty which appears to be a phishing or fraud related call since the number he called back was disconnected.
They keep calling offering additional vehicle guarantee we do not need and when called back, the number seems to be invalid. [...]

The Consumerist has reported that AT&T Mobility is has filed a lawsuit in Federal Court to learn who is behind automated telephone calls to AT&T subscribers.  AT&T claimes that the telephone number 800-219-7425 is behind over 13 million telephone calls to AT&T subscribers.
