Citicards. After annoying my wife with calls and no messages for days. Turns out this is an outsourced calling center from India. Both men and women called, but did not communicate with her, and left no voice mails.
She verified they were real by having them give details of her last payment and other transactions.
Think they need to supervise and train these people more to communicate with customers. Calling multiple times a day and not talking or leaving a message creates a poor impression.
Starts when you are behind on your bill.
This people call at different times without leaving a message or identifying themselves. Already turned into harrassment. I have my sick mother here at home and this is disturbing our lives.
Call throughout the day, always two calls per bundle, about 2-3 minutes apart. Never leave a message. I have a machine so my machine talks to their machine (probably robocalls). But, I decided today that I"m going to prepare a civil suit against Citicorp Credit Services, USA and file under the Florida statute that prohibits using the telephone to either annoy, threaten or harass. If it is them, maybe the court will get these slimeballs to pay off my mortgage. If not, maybe someone will get arrested. Either way, the consumer wins....I suggest you do the same.
They kept calling from 859-283-8074 like three times a day and left no message. So I finally answered and the guy said it's a personal matter for my mom so I told him well leave a message and he refused. So I told him then you need to stop calling here because it's annoying and out of control. If it's that personal, they can mail her a letter.
left a message from 859-283-8074 saying they were trying to contact from Citicard. They wanted me to call back and have my account # ready to give them! This is a scam...notified Citi Bank with the Information.
859-283-8071 They just called me 3 times within 1 hour. They woke me up at about 8:15 am and I picked up thinking it was someone important. An automated voice said,"Please hold on", then nothing. I hung up. I got 2 more phonecalls and didin't answer it. I saw by the caller ID that all 3 phonecalls were from Florence, Kentucky. No messages were left on the answering machine. However, on the 3rd phonecall I could hear what sounded like girls giggling in the background. It was definitely weird. I was a bit ticked off too. I wonder if it was from the same place I get phonecalls that say "virginia" on my caller ID.
they didnt get a chance to say who they were, I immediately started yelling (this seems to be the only way the get the message), dont call me, I am not interested and I had a call from this number 5 minutes before, with no answer! I am on the do not call list, and I am getting these calls at least 6 to 7 times a day every day! Please do something!!!
Calls multiple times a day. I answered once, told them it was a wrong number, they still continually call. Has been going on for weeks. Calls multiple times a day.

The number 1-859-283-8074 keeps calling my cell phone. I answer, but there wasn't anyone there, except for one caller, who said they were representing Citi Bank.

This is one of those payday loan places-so desperate for business thos guy calls non stop and fills up your mailbox with solicitations! This guy is a scumbag!!.

Caller identified himself as representing Citibank. Told him I was on the NO-CALL list and that he should remove my name from his list immediately. He growled that he wasn't selling anything, but was calling to collect a debt. His voice was menacing.
Told him he was full of crap ... I don't have a Citi card. When he attempted to challenge me on that, I hung up.
The real CITIBANK ought to get its act together and round up the scammers who are out to make money on dumb bunnies who can be frightened into believing them ... and giving Citibank a bad name.
From the month of January (2010) through the month of April (2010). I have been receiving 12+ phone calls a day from this phone number: 859-283-8071 from 8:12am-9:29pm. When I answer the phone, 'it' hangs up on me. When I don't answer the phone, 'it' does not leave me a message.
You see, I am on a pay-back agreement with CitiCards and I pay $54 per month until I pay my debt completely off (December 2010). I've been making on-time payments every month...however this January, I was 3 days late in making my payment. I called CitiCards direct at: 1-800-347-4934 and paid them immediately(they double-charged me for the month of February to make up for my late payment...and i'm okay with that I guess).
However, because of the late payment in January (even after I paid CitiCards and am currently 'square' with CitiCards), the automated message from 859-283-8071 keeps calling and leaving NO message and when I DO answer the phone, it hangs up on me. In February, I called 859-283-8071 and they apologized that they do indeed see that I HAVE been making payments but that their automated message system is BROKEN and needs to be updated. Keep in mind that it is now April 1, 2010.
I have called them (859-283-8071 ) 3 times since calling them in February complaining that they call me 12+ times a day until 9:29pm. They apologize and say that their automated message system is supposed to be reminding me of the next payment but they ADMIT that their system is broken and just hangs up on me when I answer.
I told them that all i want is for them to STOP harassing me. I said, "If the automated system has been broken for all of these months, then shut the system down until you fix it". They apologized and said I wasn't going to receive any more calls. The next day, I received my first call at 8:12am and 12+ calls more until 9:29pm that day. It is now April 1, 2010. I called and threatened to sue. They said their automated system is still broke
Receive repeated recorded calls on cell phone from CITI. Returned call and was told after I gave them my phone number that they had no record of me. I have had no business with CITI.
very upset about this person who called me. did not get the name of the co. but the lady was trying to sell me some weight loss product. When I toldher to take me off her list, she kept on and on and trying to argue with me. I told her that I will report her and she finally hung up!
This female person keeps texting my husband's phone and won't quit. She is supposedly 17 years old (if that is even true) and she does not need to be texting a man that is more than twice her age!!!!! She needs to stop text messaging my husband!!!!
Started calling my home number for the last 4 nights. will not give ot there information. caller id list this number which of course is a non-working number. the last time the person called and called right back at 830-900PM MST. I contacted my local phone service and then will contact the polce dept.
