Calls from this same collection agency, using different phone numbers, showed up on my cell phone caller ID this morning. They called from 2 different numbers:
This is a collection agency that apparently goes by at least 3 different names. They also use Robocalling and incur additional charges on my cell phone, which is in violation of the Fair Debit Collection Act (to best of my knowledge). I tihnk they use their different company names and phone numbers to make multiple calls to me daily. Getting ready to sic my attorneys on them. They are causing my cell bill to go up. "Darla" left a message on my cell today. Other times, it's the Monarch Recovery Robocalls.
I might have forgotten to add the other number. Darla said to return call to her at 1-800-232-1258 X1213, so know that's another number of theirs they use.
She left mssg. on my cell to call her at 1-800-232-1258 ext. 1213.
If this same company is going by other names and using the different company names in calls made multiple times of the day - i.e. Monarch Recovery, Academy Service, and Portfolio Recovery, isn't this in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act? I have been getting local numbers and these other 1-800 or other numbers. If all of these numbers and names are for the same debt collectors, and one from Monarch, one from Academy, and one from Portfolio all call the same day, I would think this is harrassment and in violation of the Fair Debt Collection. Monarch is also using Robocalls- automatic messages left on my cell phone voice mail, which should be in violation of the Act and they are incurring additional charges to me cell for these calls..
Fed up with the calls? Capitol Hill is responsible for this mess.
(Our corrupt politicians).
Check out the link and see what I did to these credit card collections hogs.
Hello, I lost the number for Touch Of Nature and I want to recommend them to a friend of mine, because I was very pleased with their services. I found this number, is it the right one?
They call me all the time, and I don't usually pick up. The last 2 times they called I did -- they asked from someone named Ty Parker, and I tried to explain they had called a company cell phone and there was no Ty Parker at the company. She (forget her name both times) got really rude. So this is what I do ... it is hilarious. I call the number back and speal very quietly, so they turn their phone up to hear me ... I then blow a whistle as loud as I can into the phone. Boy, does that pi$$ them off ... I have done it 3 times, and crack myself every time. I know it's sophmoric ... but it is fun. Maybe if more folks do it to them, they will stop calling? You have to remember to talk very softly when you call back, so they turn their receiver up -- then blow the whistle for all you worth.
I have been bothered for MONTHS by SRA Associates calling from (856) 925-1040 . I have NO IDEA who/where/what about the person they are apparently trying to collect $ from for a debt. I will write to the FCC and file a complaint. The person(s) who are making these harassing phone calls have to be stopped.
This number is for the Virtua Health Foundation. Everyone who gets called is a patient. While they should have sent an official letter notifying of this solicitation, instead they sent it from a hired business, letter from a "Richard Mueller". This scared me that my cellphone and medical records were being given out, but they defend that it is all within HIPAA.
I personally think its a horrible way to ask for donations. We all know they're building and expanding. I don't get why they don't just say "hey, if you appreciate having us as your healthcare provider, can you consider a donation to help with our expenses?" Honest, up front tactics would lead to more favorable responses.

Collection agency. Extremely rude and lies through their nose. He told me he was looking for Linda Underwood and talked to her many times in the past 2 months at my phone number. I have owned my number for 2 years and never talked to them. I already reported them to the FTC. I encourage you to do the same if they pull the same trick on you.
This number is from Commerce Bank in Mt. Laurel, NJ. If you have applied for a job, that is probably why they are calling. Perhaps there is some sort of mix-up. If you need to contact someone about why they are calling, try Gina Grieco in Human Resources at 856-380-2091
