They've been calling 4-5 times a day for a couple of weeks. Also, this may be of note, I have been harassed for years. Recently I discovered the term 'gang stalking', now I realize that's what's happening to me. Be sure to google the term 'gang stalking'.

These people are irritating! Yes I'm late on a payment (long story), but they called 5 times on a SUNDAY! Do they really think that's going to make money appear in my account to pay them??
It is Chase, and I am four days late on a payment (long story involving ATM fees and a last minute trip to New Jersey for my grandfather's funeral) but COME ON they're calling my house about fifteen times a day and I'm never home cause I WORK all day. I called the actual customer service number and scheduled the payment already (did this before it was even late). I'm not sure what else they want from me.
If I lived alone, I wouldn't mind too much, but I'm not even the one putting up with the harassment, it's the people who are home. They tried to explain that I work a lot and asked what they could do about it to stop getting calls at all hours of the day but apparently they told my sister that they will continue to call until they hear from me.....grrr. I can use my computer at work for whatever I want, but not the phone. I'm going to TRY emailing them, but somehow I don't think that counts as communication that will get them to cut it out. Thankfully the payment is scheduled to go through in two days, so at least then they will stop, right?

Just a little information to pass on to all who are receiving these unwanted calls. First of all, your phone is your private property and you have the right to ask any question that you want to, i.e., who is calling, what is the nature of the call, have your name removed from the calling list, and if it is for collection, then all correspondance will need to be done via mail (registered mail). This may cut down on the calls but may take up to 7 days for your name to be removed. If they continue to call remind them that it is unlawful to solicit calls as underlined in FCC and if you have ask for your name and number to be removed they lawfully have to do it whether the company is outside of the US or not. Do not confirm your name, address, SSN or credit card number. If the call is ligitimate, they should already have all of this info. Last, report this to the Attorney General's Office in the state you live and they will take the issue in hand and let the caller know that it has been reported. 75% of the time this will work if you let the caller know that you are aware of the laws. i get these calls 9-15 times a day. I dont have my cell fone on the floor at my job so I check my calls at the end of the day. It is Chase Bank. Never leaving a message and the one time I did answer, I could hear the representative carrying on a personal conversation with other representatives. I have called Chase and my 2 cards are current and in good standing and no one can tell me why I am getting the calls.

These sh**h**ds called my cell phone 4 times and my wife's cell phone 3 times all in the same day. Who are these people, there is no one on the other end, not even heavy breathing, just silence.
847-488-3313 has just started calling our 10 yr. old nephew's cell phone that we gave to him to call us in case of emergencies. It's a very limited cell line and Chase is chomping up the minutes.
They called Sunday, June 12, Wednesday, June 16 several times while he was either in school or away with us. They leave no messsage and today when I got to the phone no one would talk to me.
Someone said it was Chase Collections. A subsequent search showed it to be affiliated with Chase Bank. We have no dealings with Chase Bank and are not behind on anything so what's the deal?

forgot to add the next time they called after that it was a woman who asked for me by name and i said i know youre a scam you better stop calling me i told my bank about you and she hung up right away and i haven't had a call since.
I keep getting phone calls from this number +847-488-3313 and they are relentless - they acll all throughout the day and night. 99% of the time no one says anything -
The #+847-488-3313 are Chase. It is the collection department. I called the 800 number. She at first said that she did not know, and then I asked her a few more question about Chase, then she said no. It was not a Chase phone number. So I kept it up with some facts about consumer rights, and then she said to hold on a minute she was going to check the number. She did come back and said it was Chase collection department. I told her about all the calls I was getting. The bottom line is they do not care. Yes I was tired of all the calls. I filled out complaints online to see what can be done. So If chase is saying it’s not them it is………And yes the calls are coming from INDIA and they do not care about U.S Laws.
A minimum of 5 calls per day and a maximum of 7. This is just WAY too much. There is ZERO logic behind these sort of harassment tactics. If they are having difficulty reaching me then LEAVE A MESSAGE! And if they sense that I might be reluctant to answer the call it might just be because they're so annoying they have officially lost the privilege of speaking to me. If you treat ME with respect, then I treat YOU with respect....nuff said.
Call numerous times a day. They call an unattended business line. We have hundreds of calls from them. They are ruining the line for legitmate messages, as we delete all this junk. I called the number it it chase bank. I asked them to stop calling our business line, but we still are getting messages.
They constantly call on a daily basis AT LEAST five times a day and NEVER leaves a message. If you call someone and need to speak with that person you should leave a messge so they can call you back. If I don't recognize a number I will not pick up. HINT!!!!!
This number called 5 times today and it is only 10am. They leave no message. If it is AIU I will never request information for another school online they must share personal information, because I did not request info from AIU.
