Possible Contact Number: 1-800-720-5731 (I have NOT tested this number.)
YOU ARE BEING CALLED BECAUSE:
You filled out a form to win a prize.
PRIZES GIVEN BY:
Silverleaf Resorts (There are a number of companies listed under this name. Not sure if they are all affiliated. Remember, Silverleaf is not calling you. The Awards Verification Center is, presumably contracted by Silverleaf, is.
I filled out a prize form to win a car at a display at Retama Park (horse race track), Selma, Texas. After glancing at the terms on the back of the form, I saw that it was an attempt to sell me timeshares, so I put a big 'X' through my information on the front. Although my information was not yet complete, I HAD already signed the form. Carelessly, I just threw it into their box for the forms, hoping the 'X' would take care of me (couldn't seem to see a trashcan near the display - SURPRISE!)
What does the form say? For starters, under the BIG word WIN on front, it clearly says "Winn
Who/What ever these A$$ H0LE$ are calling using a auto/robo dialers hang up and do not leave a message when voicemail kicks in...

Fed up with the calls? Capitol Hill is responsible for this mess.
(Our crusty politicians).
Check out the link and see what I did to these credit card collections hogs.
I'm on the National Do Not Call List. I don't do any business with them and don't know this company. They should be fined. This has got to be a scam.
Oddly, I received spam email today from a Texas company. They forged my personal email address and my personal domain address to spam me. No one but me is authorized to use that domain name. That is identity theft and it's a punishable crime. They call themselves "The Kim Komando Show" at www.komando.com . Be aware, it is illegal to send an email to someone using that persons same email address as the sender of the email. They may call it "spoofing" but it's a crime! I reported them to the FBI.
The infamous Robert Soloway is doing time for a long list of crimes, including identity theft. Maybe komando.com should do some research about what happens to scammers and internet identy thieves.
If you do not know of Robert Soloway, search his name at www.fbi.gov . It's nice to know that some people get what they deserve.
Calls from P D S 817-284-0509
These calls are originating from Precision Dialing Services at 1100 E Campbell Rd, Ste 150, Richardson, TX 75081-6745. Their toll-free number is 800-950-8032 , Business Telephone 214-343-7374, Fax 214-340-4533, Website www.ushealthgroup.com . They told me they buy lists of telephone numbers from Experian (formerly MetroMail). Call Experian at 402-458-5247 to have your telephone number removed from lists they sell to telemarketers. Call P D S at 800-950-8032 to have your telephone number removed immediately from their call lists.
I get constant calls from this no. and from 817-837-7838 . I have nothing to do with Citi, I have no loans and have not applied for any. I get letters in the mail from Citi saying FINAL NOTICE you must extend your car warranty as it is due to run out. My car is 1 year old and has a warranty for 5 years and I have no loan on it. If you call these nos back on your cell phone you will see a large cost for the phone call, although no-one answers. DEFINITELY A SCAM 1. To get money from you for something that does not exist. 2. To get personal information from you saying you have a loan with them. 3. They call and do not answer, you call them back and they get paid.
This telemarketing company has continued to call me with the same crappy message and refuses to take me off their call list. I received at least 3 calls per week at the oddest of times.
Caller called wanting to know personal information of someone living in another state that is suppose to be a relative. Gave 6 digit "case number" and threaten me with legal action if I did not give them the requested information. When I asked what it was about, who they were, where they were located and how they got my number the woman got irritated, irate, belegerante and hung up on me. They said the company was NCA but did not say what it stood for. Three calls from them in last two days even after being told not to call back.
1. Forward harassment calls from home phone to your cell
2. Teach cell to recognize number & 'tag' the entry
3. Set answer ring to "silent"
4. Clear the trash calls at the end of the day.
It's no problem when you get used to the routine. And, it sure makes for quieter times......both day and night.
