Have been receiving 3 or 4 hangup calls a day. The calls are over a late payment from Sears. This over zealous collecting on a 2 week late payment is ridiculous. Late charges have already been applied and the amount is small. My business means little to any company that resorts to this with a steady payer who has missed one payment. Cutting k-mart and Sears cards up and sending them back as protest.
This number keeps making robocalls to my house asking for someone named Marguerita Destrang. I have asked three different people to take me off their list, to no avail. I just spoke with the "escalation manager," and told her my number was new and to quit calling me. When I got home last night, there were eight hang up messages from this number on my voicemail. I threatened to call my member of Congress to get something done if they didn't quit harrassing me.
I returned the call and a man calling himself Jimmy johnson said he was with an Attorny's office. He asked for my date of birth - i declined. I talked fast about many cases he had an my DOB was only way to find them. He sounded very fishy.
I get a phone call about every day from this number. They have my real name though and they leave a message saying its a time sensitive matter dealing with my social security number. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. It's really annoying though because it is on my cell phone and they don't say who they are or what they want. It freaks me out a little bit though that they have my real name.

I am not sure why this number called me but it also called my mom in this same week. I tried calling back and it says it is not in service and that it is a recording. They tried calling me twice in one day. I would appreciate if it didn't call me back.
call received from 18164204003 with out message. couple times a day. it's very annoy. i am glad to find people with identified issues here, at least i am not alone. i don't even answer it anymore. don't know how long it will last. it's been about one week.
Repeated calls from 8am to 9pm every night, first only to my home phone number and now to my cell phone. Without any message left so I have no idea why they are calling. It is so irritating!
Caller/Company repeatedly and harassingly calls both home and work phone number multiple times a day/night at all hours of the day/night, never leaving message. Out of common courtesy, and professional courtesy, a message should be left to the extent of " please contact us with regard to your account", in lieu of repeated phone calls with no identifying number, so you don't know who's calling from an unknown number.
caller claimed to be from Social Security asking for a relative, asked why we were called, they do not live there etc. Then said they were an attorney's office. Requested they remove our number and never call again, lady hung up
