SCAM!! BE AWARE! OK, I got news. I called the 605-269-0318 number again, when the mailbox full message came on, I pushed 0 than 1 than I put in extension #1022. (you can try 1023 I had a lady "Daniel" pick up on that one once) Anyway a guy picked up and said: ACI magazine. The background sounded like a boiler room, I told him That they call me every day and I insist they take my number off their list or I `ll have them investigated. He said hold on, and I could hear in the background some confusion, like how could she get through and call in?.. bla bla I guess they were surprised I got to them. The guy wanted my name and I told him Im not giving you my name, u have my cell number and I demand u take me off your list. So I gave him the number and he said he would. Than before I hung up I threatened them saying if I get any more calls from you people Im going to post some really nasty things about you on the internet. Fingers crossed or I really will call them every day until they do take me off.
Received fax from National Home Care & Hospice Palliative Care Association with Membership Annual Dues Application. Can find no internet listing for such an organization, no street address on form, only PO BOX and fax number. They are asking for $475 annual dues and lots of information re our company. They say "Please don't hesitate to contact us with your questions or comments" but provide no way to do that - no phone number, no email address. All smells very fishy and scammy.

Maria Lopez said she was calling from Mastercard International. She told my husband that our business credit card processing was part of a law suit where Master Card was charging too much in processing fees and they were required to track down each merchant they overcharged and give them the money back.
She then proceeded to take a recorded statement verifying my husbands name and address. Then gave him a FAX # to send in a statement from our merchant account. She said we could black out the processing company account # - but that any statement from the last year would work.
My husband explained he was out of the office until later that night, but when he got home he would send her a fax.
She called back an hour later asking where was the fax. He explained again that he was not in his office - that he told her would be sending it later. She apologized saying she just wanted to make sure we got all the money. He asked how much - she estimated it was about 6k!
At that point - more red flags. Could it be possible that we missed THAT MUCH in processing fees? Nope.
So he called the number back as it appeared on his cell phone, and got not a company, but a cell phone. Instead of the person giving their name on the message - it said "*itch". LOL
I keep getting calls from them and keep saying dumb things to them and then they have two more people call me back. So I got bored and did some research on them I have a few number for them, address as well. Me and two of my co-workers keep calling them and harrassing them. And we are faxing them stuff and we have filled out a bunch of apps online signing them up for health insurance, car insurance, moving quotes, car dealers, and such. If anyone wants to have as much fun as we are here is the info.

Regardless, if they are wanting you to participate in a survey, giving you a million dollars, or will do your laundry free for the next year, if you are on the do not call list, they should not be calling period. And to boot, when they called me, I attempted to interrupt the person by saying excuse me, rambling off her spiel 3x, and she just kept yakking.... so I hung up on her. Following that, I decided to make a call of my own;

Give them a call, and let them know that you don't want to be bothered by them if that is the case; they need to respect a persons wishes, the do not call list, and as well, listen instead of rambling on about whatever they want my opinion on.
I'm the recent victum on this scam. Aug. 30, 2010. This kind of people dont really have any consciousness do they? There are people out they're with difficult situitation. They are maybe losing their house or just trying to find extra money to pay their loan. As for me I have two loan to pay with total of 30,000 and i'm still a student trying to become a nurse and no job. With my situitation I was just trying to help my parents to pay my schooling for all they have done for me. Recently my lola (grandmother) just passed away and were tight with money that's why i decided to go with the grant.
I don't know what the scamers reason as to why their doing this. What their doing is bad. Tricking people. Getting someone else money.
People might not see their intentions (through their scam) but LORD JESUS sees everything. He will JUDY us at the end. Whoever is the victum in this scam including myself will get our JUSTICE
Every time I make my payment, they always call because it takes 6-7 days to post to my account. They can clearly see my account, and that it is 'pending' but they call all hours of the day, until it posts as 'paid'.
Company received phone call for a William Menoutis. Call was Transferred to Dr James (Dimitri) Menoutis. When he told person on other end of phone he was not "William Menoutis" individual on other end became hostile.
They try to get me to send them a merchant statement, said that it's required by the law, so I can get refund from overcharged fees. Also they need me to send it within the day they called. I asked them to give me their phone number, they refused that, then I asked for their email, again they refused. I didn't give them anything. Don't fall for them folks, so many red flags here.
they call me 7 days a week. at 1:30 am because I have a vonage line but live in tokyo. Its always the same lady asking for a man that doen't live here! It is actually messing up my sleep!!
Sent payment... 3 day before due.....not even 24 hrs over due date and getting calls...............THEY SUCK.....Not mt fault some one didn't post the payment because it's Saturday.
Scam! These Scammers are still there. Hope they lack business ideas! World is full of opportunities, if they want to earn money. Why should they waste time in nothing but harming their own business? Bcz of these guys, real business people also suffer.

Recd a call today from Ms.Nick and Ms. Peterson, said they are calling from Master Card, and were asking for the Statement. They gave the fax number: 888-478-2690 to send the statement. I refused to do so. I was asking them to send an email from their company and gave mine, but they are not sending any email, but give promises that they will send one. Feel pity for these guys!!!
Next time if they call, it'll be tough time for them.
