I have received dozens of calls from 559-470-0453 where there was no one on the other end of the call when I answered. Finally today (08/30/2010) there was a telemarketer on the other end trying to register me for
STAMPS.COM.
I aksed them to remove me form their calling list. I hope that thye do so ASAP!

said grandson was in jail, Red Rock, Ontario awaiting trial for being in a car where drugs were found. I sent $3200 for bail to Sydney Australia c/o Victor Chen at 77 York St via Western Union. Next day found out that my grandson was at home in Ohio and not in Canada.
Just got call on my cell phone from this phone number. Whomever it was didn't leave a message. They must not be familiar with the ol' saying "if it wasn't important enough to leave a message, it wasn't important enough to call in the first place.'
i just got a home phone hooked up with a nonpublished number. we use this for emergency only. i just heard the phone ring...did not even know what the ringer sounded like...but when i answered there was nobody on the other end. i do not know how or why anyone would even have the number!!!
at 6:33 DCS called me asking for information on a neighbor who lives several houses away. she said name, and i know who it is. that's all. i said i had been gone all summer and didn't know her. my street is pretty quite, she right a way said"oh were they rowdy neighbors, i said no. she wanted to get any information she could out of me and tried to be in friendly conversation. i said i had other things to do and hung up.
called asking questions about a neighbor down the street. were they rowdy neighbors? are they living there?... she wanted to go onto a friendly conversation but i was busy and hung up. i know she wanted anything else i had to offer. which wasn't going to happen. i don't know that it was a collection agency but she said she was calling about my neighbor __ _ and i lived close-by.
These people have been calling me twice a day everyday for the past two weeks!!! I heard it was a Wells Fargo number, but I don't even have an account with them!! This is driving me nuts, I'm filing a complaint...
I received a call from this number today and missed it, so I called them back. The recording said it was from Insight Teleservices and that, if we received a call from them, it was from one of their non-profit, charity clients who are exempt from the "Do Not Call" registry. At the end of the recording, they did offer the opportunity to opt out from their calls. I had to punch in my number. Hopefully, they won't call again!
started at threatening voice mails. one day decided to answer. Told them that I would pay if they sent me the documentation to prove they are not a scam. Told me I had to make a payment first then they would send it. Think not.
Received many calls from these people with other telephone numbers they have. They just don't quit. If one of their numbers is blocked, they call again with another one. They appear to be credit card merchants, or shall I say "sharks"
