5 Area Code Reports

Same story as above. There were phishing for my CC account numbers to 'lower' my rates. When I asked who they were with, they refused, and then they couldn't even tell me what type of card I had that they were supposedly trying to lower.. Crooked company

These people call and say u owe them a lump sum of money but they wont prove to u that you owe and they start saying that the police are coming to my house and im gonna be in jail. These people are from india or somewhere in the united states. Beware

Just received a call from them. I did not answer. They did not leave a message. No idea how they found my phone number. I am on the "do not call" list. The BBB website associates this phone number to Comnet Marketing with a URL to that company's website. On their website I found the following link. I don't know if this works or not, but something to try. http://www.comnetmarketing.com/remove.html

They called my cell phone and left the following message: Now press 3 to be removed from this list.

An URL was attached to the text message. I did not follow it.

Got first call from this number this afternoon (just before 3 pm east coast time). Said Hello and no one answered. The call came up without name, just Albany, OR. When I returned the called it answered immediately and a recording said "Goodbye" in a mechanical female voice. Apparently, whomever this is, they don't answer the phone or accept messages. Weird.

some "pharmaceutical" company. repeatedly calling asks for "Steven" refuses to take phone number off their list. caller gets vulgar and abusive when told to remove phone number from calling list.

Repeated harrassment phone calls/text/vm.

They left an extended automated message. It was apparently a radio show advertising itself with a couple of product endorsements thrown in.

I don't think it makes sense for me to contact you given the fact that you are very involved with him. Below you say you (WAS) his finance then you (ARE) his finance. Bottom line he is still doing the same thing going around hurtning people and playing with their lives. They call all times of day and night and i didnt know the # so i dont pick up. My husband said just answer it and when I did they are breathing ,scuffing noises, and some slight talking in background. When I dont answer it I get tons of hang ups and if it does go to voicemail I hear the same crap in the background. I called the # back and it said press 1 to get off list in 72 hours but it didnt stop it is using my minutes up because the are not in my network when they got to voicemail and it lasts a good 30 - 45 secs.
