This call registered on the caller ID as Mobile Blind. I do not answer calls like these. I have an unlisted ph# and everybody in the US has it. How do you stop these calls?

Don't answer, they are selling auto warranty insurance. They have incorrect information. This is an invasion of privacy and the call burns your minutes.
Yes, this is some kind of scam I guess, my car is
only 1 year old and they say the warranty has
expired. Obviously they don't have a clue, they are just "fishing"
i looked up this number online and found it, i get calls from a car insurance company all the time its ridiculous, i have even hung up on my house phone ot have them call back on my cell 2 seconds later, i have a prepaid phone that isnt even through the same company im so confused as to how they got that number.
SCAM. Frequent recorded messages. If you reach an actual person, they will ask for personal data. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION. When I tried to get my number removed from their call list, I was disconnected after speaking to three people who each transferred me to someone else. I have received these calls for over a year and they have become so frequent I am considering changing my number. Their actual number is listed online as 888-282-3524 , though this might have changed. They are spoofing another phone number for Caller ID purposes, so the 251 number is not even theirs. They piggyback on previously disconnected numbers.

I bought my sim-card two weeks ago from tcom, and three days later I started receiving calls from this number. It's a recorded message when I take it, no message when the voicemail gets it. So annoying. How can I stop this?
Recieved a call on my blackberry from this number today. It was a recorded message claiming to be the 'second notice' that my vehicle warranty was about to expire. I didn't listen to the rest.
My car was out of warranty long, long ago. I receive a call like this on my blackberry about once a week.
Both my husband and I received calls from this number yesterday regarding vehicle warranty coverage. No one has our cell phone numbers except for Verizon Wireless, our carrier. This phone number belongs to a telemarketer. This is the second time we have received unsolicited calls from this phone number. We will report it again to Verizon and the U.S. government.
