This company is also known as Quality Control and the callers name was Trevor whom is also known as Ron. I did a search on the State of Michigan's DLEG business entity search and neither company exists. This is a very good reason to avoid them in addition to the fact that they do not honor any requests for removing your phone number from their call list, even when the number is on the national Do Not Call list.
Trevor aka Ron has a gruff/smokers type voice. Even this is enough to cause a red flag.
This company calls every five minutes from around five till about six in the evening. If answered, it gives only a fax sound. When called back, it gives only a fax sound.
What can be done? I am already on the Do Not Call list.
Repeated telemarketing blasts. I have spoken with people to ask that I not be contacted but still they call. Same voice calls with offers of carpet cleaning or duct cleaning. I have left messages, asked for call-backs, etc. Nothing stops them.
