Someplace in Traverse city, MI
No message on the cell phone. Gotta be a telemarketer.
They are almost as pathetic as the scammers in Nigeria using the e-mail.
They must get some sucker on the hook, cause why would they keep trying unless someone falls for it.
Diamond Processing
I have told them before, several times we are not interested. They claim they have a rep in our area and they are wanting to sell us a credit card system. Today was the THIRD time I have talked with them. This time they hung up on me. The first 2 times I told them we were not interested and to not call us, but as you can see, it does not work.
This number has called about 7-8 time in a row and hung up. I called back and got an answer a very noisy envrionment with a person that answered. I hung up and they called again and said"you called me" along with a few non english wors and hung up. The number registers from the state Mich.
this company's tactics of asking for the owner, while screening calls for their own purposes, really puts people like myself OFF. Whether I'm the owner or not, they still need to say who they are, why they're calling, etc. I'm not passing along a phone call to the "owner" just because they ask for them. And they're not selling anything??? Please! they call almost everyday, and they're very aggressive on the phone. I decided that with these people, the only way to get them to stop calling is to be downright nasty. period. nothing else works.
Called asking for the "owner", since the owner will no longer take calls from unknown callers, we pose as the "owner", this is the only way you can get these mysterious companies to STOP calling.
Caller ID DP aka Diamond Processing 231-648-2002 . Never heard of the company before. Cannot pull up any info on them when I searched Google.
They claim they can save us on processing fees, when we process credit cards, for our orders. I explained we already had a new credit card machine and we weren't about to buy another. She said we aren't selling, we want to come in tomorrow, to speak with you about how we can save your company money. In other words, we want to come in and give you a waste of your time sales pitch. I stressed, again, NO we are not interested and I do not have the time for anyone to come in to my office to speak to me about something I am not interested in and especially from a company that I have never heard of and to please remove the number from there computer/call list.
I have every reason to believe that this is Crescent Processing Center, using a possible spook card and changing the name and number. I had a heck of a time trying to get CPC aka Crescent Processing Center to stop calling our office and once the calls stopped, guess what, other calls began happening under different names and numbers.
Do they think we are stupid and will eventually fall for some scam?
