they will not stop calling me i have even gotten a call from this company and 2:30 in the morning, they never learn to quit, i have asked them 10 times to stop calling me and put me on the block list but they say i never called in, now i cant even call them back, and they leave voice mails of music playing in the background like its a party or something, i just want it to stop, im about to get them for harrasment....
Mystery call to my cell. When I called back from my landline I got a message that the mailbox was full. Spam call or a cell phone number aggregator. It records all cell numbers that return the call and then uses them to sell a list of working cell phone numbers to cell phone hackers who try to spoof your account to make free overseas calls.
This place will not stop calling me. It was established I was not who they were looking for. I have repeatedly told them they have the wrong number and I have never heard of the people they are looking for. They still keep calling 3 or more times a day. I have asked them to remove my number from there calling list. At what point does this harassment stop!

through false an spoofing identification. This number is associated with 877-411-7197 Benita M*** and Westwood Asset Management probably.
I too got "Joe Rogers" threatening phone call(s). He started with, "Our attorneys filed a law suit against you today ________". "But, what I'm more concerned about is the criminal charges they have against you. I hope you hadn't been picked up yet because it's a year to a year and a half in jail." He would hate to see that happen to me. I had two hours to call or I would be "picked up". Seven hours later, I will be picked up in the morning by 9:00 in the morning. Also, google this number. "Joe", "Roy", "Brad Porter", "David Kline", "Marshall Elliot", "Roy Jay Bond", "Charles Armstrong", "Joe Rodgers", "Glen Davis", hasn't heard about the internet. They also use the number 1-800-750-0399 . James.Carroll123@sbcglobal.net is an attorney also collecting information on this individual, as is Marvin Champlin, attorney working on this. Marvin's number is 817-348-0503 . Some one also has filed complaints with the BBB, FTC and PUC. Save all voice mails, report to the local police and you may want to contact your attorney or both following this case. This individual uses "case #'s", false police badge numbers, the "constable" and "marshall" both have the same voice. I have received two calls today. The calls seem to be from previous Next Century Dental files/customers. We stopped going there because one of the dentist working there is a child predator and has a record.
I'm getting random calls from this no every day . Today I called circulation III office telephone no. 214-352-1123 and ask them to remove my phone no , the person who answer the call did it immediately. I hope it will not bother again.
They said they are updating my information in yellowlisting,cause I have a business,but I doubt it cause I called back and seems personal phone;they were recording after they ask me if I still having same information; looks as a scam to me
They call all the time for someone who is not here. I have told them to stop and they won't. This morning a woman told me that they had talked to "Tracy" at my number in July .That is not possible there is no Tracy here !!!!
I just got a call from someone threatening to rape me saying I should watch my back because he's watching me. A few days ago I received calls from the same person and police Id it from Ga although the person said he was in Texas.
They are calling regardless of the loan status. We have 2 cars that are financed through Drive but Santander has the accounts and they don't care where you are in the loan they just call non-stop and harass me at work, home and on my cell!
For me, this is apparently a business, calling for a past due amount ... they've either mis-dialed the intended number or have the wrong phone number on file. Call received (my google voice #) and a message left:
"Hi, I'm looking for [Jane Doe], I'm calling from blah department. I just want to verify your billing address is xxxxx blah Point Lane xxxxx. I'd also like to remind her of her remaining balance of $xxx.xx. I'm calling from 877-794-653, thanks and have a nice day"
I was unable to make out the company name as the person didn't speak clear enough.
This # (214) 666-1356 calls about 10 to 15 times a day including weekends, leaves no messages this is harassment! They are forcing me to have my phone # changed.
