An indian man with a very heavy accent has called me at least 15 times per day on my cell phone as well as my work phone. He has the last 4 digits of my social security number and is telling me the Cashnet USA has filed criminal charges against me and if I dont pay immediatly, they will be sending the police to my work to pick me up. I recently filed bankruptcy and contacted my attorney, they are violating federal bankruptcy laws by even contacting me. Today I was in meetings at work, and if I didnt answer, he just kept calling back (32 times in a row). I was so frusterated, I answered the phone and told him that I wanted HIS address so I could send the police to his work. He gave me the following information (probably not true) 13856 E. Ave Lancaster, CA 93535, the # he is calling from is 212-777-3456
I am on the o call list and these people keep calling. I asked who they were and they said they are Duct Cleaning? I told them that I was on the no call list and to not call anymore. THey keep calling evvery week!

i am so sick of these people calling me! I went off on them, but they continously call me back. If i get pissed, the will call me back in about a week. Ridiculous! don't talk to these people, or offer a credit card number, i'ts a scam. just pretend that you are juan, and you don't speak english. then they have a spanish speakin person call you back, and just say you don't speak spanish... gets amusing after a while! lol!

received a call with a foregin accent; from this number, they got my name and address right, wanting to know if I have had a car accident and asking me all sort of personal details. I kept saying that I didn't know what they were talking about and I told them that hey have got the wrong number and said goodbye and hung up.
these people (indian accent) called me today and saying that the goverment has money for you for compensation because of a car crash that happened 3 years ago. they wanted alot of details about me and they wanted the car reg no.
they knew my name and address and i told them that i didnt want the money and they can use it for the credit crunch.....they said they will send some info to my home address but i am suspicious about this
Received a call from Patrick telling me my computer was infected with malware and viruses and was about to crash. It would crash my hard disk and RAM. He directed me to the web page at supportonclick.com and insisted that I click on the $48 for half a year support, and then he would connect me to Microsoft. He insisted that he received a report from my computer indicating it was infected.
He could not tell me what the report from my computer said, or what operating system I was using, or what IP address the report came from. He insisted I had to pay, then he would connect me with a technician. He said I could not possibly understand what the problem was, only a technician could understand that. I asked how he knew I was not a technician and did he think I was dumb. I think he said if I was a technician, then my computer would not have these problems, and he would not have received the report.
I asked again what operating sytem he thought my computer was using. He did not know, but said it had to be Microsoft if it was not Apple. I told him maybe it was Unix, or Sun Solaris. He said those were part of Microsoft. Then I asked what if it was Linux; he said that was Microsoft too. This person obviously does not know about computers, and did not receive a report from my computer. My computers run Linux, and don't send out malware reports.
I knew from the beginning it was a bogus call, and it was rather fun to see how long I could keep him on the line. Finally he just got frustrated and hung up on me when I insisted I should find my operating system on the web page before paying $48.
Apparently some of the GDS International employees who ran off and started their own company have done quite a job bad mouthing their incredible competition. Talk about biting the hand that fed them!
Like all publishing companies, sales calls are made to gain clients and build rapport. Unless you were born yesterday, if you're a business man or woman, you would expect something as silly as blogs like this to be created by 2 or 3 people with far too much time on their hands, using different names to complain about a company so well known and successful that they feel the urge to harshen it's reputation with evil rumours.
Silly, bored people, you know who you are, and so does GDS. It is not like we need to announce to the public the names of you that you stole materials, ideas and company information to start your own unsuccessful companies.
Having so much free time to create these blogs must mean you haven't much to do. If the money's not coming in, and you feel you are at a dead end, its okay, try to get antoher job, but don't come back begging at GDS. You are disrespectful, daft and incompetent.

Received a call from this number yesterday suggesting my computer was about to crash and that I needed to allow a trained Microsoft provider to access and fix. Very insistent that I was sending them error messages and very rude and persistent. Unwilling to give a call back number.
A guy called named Marvin claiming to be from Microsoft wanting to sell me anti-virus software at $80.00 per month. Very pushy and I doubt he is employed with Microsoft...?
Not sure if he is legit or not but I told him I wasn't interested and hung up. Sounds fishy to me.
This person (foreign accent) phoned our shop yesterday afternoon and my daughter answered. The man then told her that his cousin had eaten one of our mangoes and was in hospital and he was sending the police round to us. Reduced her to tears and scared her, this company needs shutting down for using such practises. I gather from comments read that it is a compensation company. Wish I could find out who they are.
the number comes up "New York" and I answer and I hear a hang up. When you call the number back a voice activation says its not in service.What the F*$%#!!

They offered to save me money on my monthly credit card bills. I told them I always paid them in full. They asked if I had any personal loans. I said I had not. Caller apologised and rang off.
