This number calls many times aday, leaves no messages and when i call back they answer " IC cystems". I have no medical debt whatsoever, so why they are calling I dont know. When i call back and they answer, they act like they dont know who called me or why.

I have gotten numerous calls from 202-652-4598 . No one answers when you pick up the phone.... never leave a message when no one is home. very suspecious.

I have recieved calls from this company for over two years, asking for someone that had the number before me. My first call was four days after I got the call.
I asked to be removed form the account, because it is not the right number. They told me everytime that they would remove it. I jsut got another call.
I suggest you do as I did. Recall the number on your caller ID and tell them that you will be calling five times for every time they call you. Each time, give them your phone number and ask it be removed for the record it is on (if it is not you). I found that by the third call back, they could not locate my number in their system list.
I was traveling in UAE, received call at midnight so hit ignore. No message but after checking online it looks as though it is telemarketer for credit scam. Did not try to call back but others have posted warnings that this number rings back 000-0000.
repeated illegal calls to cell phones...many different caller ids, but all leave same message...cannto call back successfully, so i think the caller id is scammed
I received a call today. It says Washington DC on caller id. It was a recording of a woman who says shes Stacy and that they can lower my credit card rates. I hung up.
These people call and call and call!!!. I took my home phone off the hook for a few days, and the second that i plugged it back in it was them calling!!

you say yes and you are treated an immensely long winded speech about a bill in new york and this grimey political site. They want people to call their govenor.
watch out for this man...he is married and cheats..and when you dump him, he will try to put peace orders on you..He will write false Statements against. He calls all throughout the night and middle of the morning...He starts much drama, then hide behind people...
This number calls my 16-yr-old son's cell phone persistantly. They never leave a message, and I spent more than 10 minutes on hold when I dialed back, while an automated system thanked me for my patience and assured me that an operator would be with me shortly. Apparently it is IC Systems, a collection agency, looking to collect a medical debt. They will never leave a message and if you call back they will try to get information from you. Keep track of when they call you. Insert the dates and times in this letter and mail it certifed letter to them. They will leave you alone for about 4 months. After you send them a few of these letters, they will leave you alone, if not, you have grounds for legal action. Keep ALL copies of letters sent to them and MAKE SURE you are very detailed about times, etc. They will call you from different cell phone numbers. But if they call continuously and hang up, you know it's them.

Company called me claiming that I could reduce my credit card interest rate through them. When I asked what card she said Master or Visa credit card account. When I again asked what card specifically she hung up the phone. I was unable to call the number back it said that the mailbox was full. Reported them to the National Do Not Call List. Caller ID listed Washington DC as the name. I believe this is a scam a legitimate company would have no problems answering your questions and if it were your credit card company they would already have your information.

This number calls almost every day but there's no one on the other end when I pick it up. Reportedly it's the American Institute for Cancer Research. I wouldn't mind the call so much if there were someone /there/. It called three times in five minutes, all at just a few minutes to 9pm, then stopped for the day. I'll be attempting to file a complaint with the FCC.
Call came in at 9:32am on 1/19/09. Name shown on caller ID was "Card Services". Call must be from an autodialer since our telephone number is unlisted. Seems odd that a legitimate business call would come in on a federal holiday.
202-607-2617 they keep calling every day. I'm on the do not call list and do not want callers with blocked names calling for any reason. If some one with a real reason to call wants to talk to me they need not block their name.
