Name Unavailable 202 867-5309 called me after 9:00PM! An automated voice said, "Good-bye" and hung up. Isn't there a law against telemarketing after 9:00PM!?
I have had this cell phone number for years. About two weeks ago I started getting calls from this number every day, asking for a Chris Stevens. I don't know any Chris. The person is getting more and more aggressive and accusing, amounting to harrassment.
They are calling my business number and trying to collect a debt from my father who passed away in 1999. Stated he paid on this bill untill 2006, my mother passed that in Janyary of that year. My son lives at their address we also have a home office there and have never received anything from this company. The person I talked to refused to give me any info and wouldn't even put a letter to my attention, and when I started asking to may questions she hung up on me. From what I've read on the posts something should be done with these people.
They have been calling me for FOUR WEEKS, numerous times a day! it is ridiculous! I never answer the phone. Apparently, they are harrassing people all over beause I have found SO many websites where people can post their complaints abut this exact same thing.
This person has been calling all last week and the first few times I didn't answer but today I did and she asked for my dad who is staying with me. She asked when he'd be home and I said leave a message or else I don't know who to tell him is calling and she said her name was sherlie but she has an indian accent and she said she was calling from a company called MCM. I found their website and they are in fact a debt collection company. I have att service so I will be blocking this number. If you have att as your phone provider, go into the preferences and you can activate call blocking and just enter in a few numbers that they may call from. I had one persistant company who was able to disguise their number and get around the call blocking but it doesn't bother me as long as I don't answer the phone.
These a'holes call and never leave a msg. Called them back and the guy argued with me that I need to answer my phone. Now I'm going to start doing the same to them.
some random phone number continues to call me, although i don't answer it. i honestly don't know who this weirdo is. and i don't think i can block numbers from my phone, and it's getting very annoying.
I am getting calls from them seversl times a week for Vanessa Lambert. We don't know her other than we sold a house to her in Ohio. We don't live in Ohio. I blocked their number but of course they get through. I have tried to explain but they just hang up on me.
I have told the collection agency time and again that I will not pay ANY third-party collector, and to redirect the debt back to the original company I may have owned...
This number keeps calling my house on a daily basis and when I answer there is no one there. When I call the number back it connects me with IP relay operator. How dod you stop this crap?
Phone calls like this uses a persons minutes on the cell phone, very dissatisfied with telemarketing calls, do not need them. If I want something I will call them.
