Caller said he was from the U.S. crimnal dept. and said a warrent would be assigned if i did pay $287. He calls himself Capt. James Alis. He is a scam.

Called cell phone 02/15/2013 3:23 PM. I answered no one there. Called back got message saying number is disconnected.

Someone keeps calling playing on my phone harassing me

DO NOT give out any info....these ppl are foreigners who actually tell u they have signed affidavits saying u are ur social security number are involved in fraud by not paying back loans and if u dont western union them a certain amount of money bythe next day, ur local police dept will be there to arrest u and take u to jail where u will await a trial in front of a jury. i cried and kept telling them i hadnt taken a loan out and they told me thaey had evidence against me...he was very rude and tried to be scary. after i knew it was fraud ( i contacted the police dept) i messed with them and told them i would get them the money and they gave me a name, city, state, and zip to western union it, then i was to call as soon as i got the money sent out and give them the mc (money control) number so they could access the funds and keep me outta jail. Don't fall for this, pls. I am super upset by this still...just the fact that they could upset me like they did. I learned from the police dept that these matters are civil and they wouldnt take u to jail over it anyway. any just be aware!
