This is IC Systems, a collection agency for bank cards that have been written off. Told them they reap what the sow. In 2007 I paid off 3.5 million in small business loans, had an 830 FICO score, and had ran my own business that employed 30 people for over 16 years. Then the banks decided not to make small business loans any longer because they had taken bad risks on buying up junk mortgages. After losing several big contracts because I couldn't finance raw materials, I was forced to close my business and lay off all my employees. Now I can’t pay them back… their loss. They made their bed. They can get a judgement against me, but can’t attach what isn’t there. By law they can’t take my medicaid and foodstamps, so screw them. I also advised my employees not to bankrupt themselves trying to pay these crooks, they got our tax $$$ with the TARP (JP Morgan/Chase) bailout.
They will call from multiple numbers in different area codes trying to get you to answer their calls. Received call this afternoon. Picked up, but no response. Tried calling the number using call back and no ring.
This number has called before and either, I'm not home or it's the same response
213-239-2898 keeps calling me. when i call them back they say they are freedom financial. i ask for them to stop calling and they say they will remove my number from the call list, but they continue to call. the last call came in just 5 minutes ago.(which was 20 minutes after they last time they told me my number was removed from the call list.)
I had the same problem. The phone rang and when I picked up to answer the call the phone started ringing. That in itself was weird. A woman with an accent answered and asked to speak to my husband. I know that this has to be a scam or telemarketers. She repeated the last four digits of my husband's bank card. So the only way that she would have my cell phone number and his card info is through a purchase that I made with it. So don't get fooled by anything the caller is trying to sell.

This call registered on the caller ID as Mobile Blind. I do not answer calls like these. I have an unlisted ph# and everybody in the US has it. How do you stop these calls?
An indian man with a very heavy accent has called me at least 15 times per day on my cell phone as well as my work phone. He has the last 4 digits of my social security number and is telling me the Cashnet USA has filed criminal charges against me and if I dont pay immediatly, they will be sending the police to my work to pick me up. I recently filed bankruptcy and contacted my attorney, they are violating federal bankruptcy laws by even contacting me. Today I was in meetings at work, and if I didnt answer, he just kept calling back (32 times in a row). I was so frusterated, I answered the phone and told him that I wanted HIS address so I could send the police to his work. He gave me the following information (probably not true) 13856 E. Ave Lancaster, CA 93535, the # he is calling from is 212-777-3456
I am on the o call list and these people keep calling. I asked who they were and they said they are Duct Cleaning? I told them that I was on the no call list and to not call anymore. THey keep calling evvery week!
