+1 916 Area Code Reports

I got the same calls this morning and when I asked for written confirmation of what they think I owe. He got ruder and said there was nothing that he could send me in writing and that if I did not pay today that he will send the sheriffs and FBI !!!! I am a collector for a well known bank and we do not even put out these types of threats. They need to me stopped.

Called and was met by foul language by Mark Johnson(heavy Indian accent) who claimed he was an attorney and had filed a case against me. He would divulge no info. When I asked him specific questions he got angry and used foul language threatening to arrest me.

I just got almost the identical phone call!!!

ABSOLUTELY THREATENING!!! From Feb 2. 2013 until present Feb 6. 2013, I have received nothing but calls from these people of Middle Eastern accents, stating that they were from the state attorney's office from California, and they were filing a lawsuit against my name and social security number. I applied for a couple of loan agencies, and both agencies have advised me that these were scammers. One of the callers even threatened to call my local sheriffs office and have them come"drag"me out of the place where I work, and put me behind bars.I have had enough with these people.They are ringing my phone right now as I type this.

This person keep calling me telling me I need to call if not there would be a lawsuite filed against me I have not done nothing wrong looked number up on line when read other people complaints they say a scam
