i didn't pick up the call. I just saw it on my caller id.

no message, under FCC guidelines, if a debt is owed, these companies are supposed to identify themselves, and send a paper billing if money is due. If they cannot comply with FCC rules, why are they allowed to harass clients or even still be in business. Sounds like the old 'cake and eat it too' clause
