these are the same people the call over and over several times a day for the past year. Every time they change the phone number. Can it be so hard to stop these crazy f****** from doing this?

Calls constantly saying last chance to lower my credit card interest rates.I asked them to remove me and they say ok but never do.It uses up my minutes on my cell phone.How can they be stopped?

Final notice from Cardnember services about lowering my interest rate. I get this call atleast twice a week for the past year! Same call from different numbers. They don't care about the fed do not call list.
