Microsoft computer scam

I have received over 13 calls in 2 data, And when I tried to call back, I received a warning from my cell phone that it is a spam call

This number calls my phone and hangs up. The number when called back states from Verizon that it is disconnected or changed.

I have been getting this phone number coming up on my phone. I have been going on a website called "Jobs.com" to find job, however they call me twice a day. Ring twice and then hang up on me. PLEASE DO NOT CALL ANYMORE. This tends to be annoying and I do not want recruiters to call me. I will do this job search on my own. Thank you.
