This number is from the Law Firm, Krissor and Associates, South Bend Indiana. They are a debt collection/Law Firm business. I currently have an outstanding balance with Discover Card. I officially filed chapter 7 bankruptcy on 2/7/2013. I would say that unless you can either pay the creditor you owe that hired this law firm/dept collection agency or file bankruptcy, they will persue every possible avenue to collect the monies you owe. They will take you to court, have the sheriff's department personally serve you at your work AND your home and make life quite difficult. While i am not happy about a bankruptcy, I am grateful to not have to deal with this law firm's debt collection agency anymore.
