They called and said they were with the treasurey dept n I had been awarded 10,000.00.did I want to know how I won n when I said yes they said you will be charged 17.00 and hung up..i never agreed to pay them anything.....sounded british...

It's a bill collector. The company is Assest Management

my friend got a call today from this number saying "mom I need help I think they are going to kill me they are trying to take my money? The mother was very upset due to this call and police are investigating
