They have been calling and hanging up twice daily for the last four days. When I call back they quickly hang up.

These people have been calling me for over one year. They use spoof numbers and call saying their is a new goverment program that can lower your interest rates on your credit cards press 1 to speck to a repersentive. These people will never stop calling they change there numbers every two to three days. A total scam.
