They thanked me for payment on a card I don't have and invited me to apply for better rates. No one picked up so I could tell them to stop calling.

Different tactics, probably the same idiots. This time, it was a very poorly recorded male voice. "This is account services. Thank you for your recent payment. You are now eligible to lower your interest rate for all your cards."
